WHAT CURRENCCY ARE THE PRICES DISPLAYED IN?
All prices are displayed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of prevailing GST charges.

MY COMPUTER FROZE WHILE PROCESSING PAYMENT. HOW WILL I KNOW THAT MY PAYMENT WENT THROUGH SUCCESSFULLY?
All successful transactions are followed up by a confirmation email that contains an order number within an hour of purchase. If you have not received confirmation via email, please try placing your order again.

We currently offer payment through PayPal only.

WHAT IS PAYPAL?
PayPal is a payment method for online purchases enabling buyers and businesses to send and receive money online. As of today, PayPal has over 100 million member accounts in 190 countries and regions. One advantage of using PayPal payment method is that it offers faster, safer and easier checkouts and promises to protect customers from revealing their credit card and other financial information to the merchant.

HOW DO I USE A PAYPAL PAYMENT OPTION?
Existing PayPal users who would like to use PayPal payment method when placing an order can click on the 'Checkout with PayPal' button when checking out. New PayPal users who would like to use PayPal as a payment method will be redirected to the PayPal website to sign up for an account and will be presented with the 'Checkout with PayPal' option when they get back to the website.

HOW IS BILLING DONE FOR PAYPAL?
Customers who sign up for a PayPal account must sign a Billing Agreement which will authorize the merchant to take out their payments directly from their PayPal account. For more information, please refer here for support.

WHEN ARE FUNDS TRANSFERRED OUT OF MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT FOR MY ORDER?
PayPal withdraws money from your PayPal account immediately after checkout. If the balance is lower than the total payment, PayPal offers credit products or the option to pay from your bank account or a credit card. Customers who do not have a PayPal account at this point will need to use a valid credit card to complete the payment. For detailed information, customers can contact PayPal customer service.

WHAT IS THE RETURNS PROCESS?

  1. Is item within 30 days of receipt?
  2. Are the items in the same condition as when it was received?
  3. Is/are the Product(s) still in its/their original packaging
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your Products(s) to us for a full refund. Returns must be done within 30 days of receipt, in the original packaging and must not fall under the list of non-refundable items. You may come down to our office at:

Instructions for warranty returns

To return a product, please follow these simple steps:
If in the diagnosis of reported performance issues with your UB+ product(s) our customer support will determine if your product(s) qualifies for a Warranty Return, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request will be initiated and a unique RMA number will be sent to you via email. Every limited warranty return must have an associated (RMA) number.
  • Use the original UB+ packaging
All products must be returned in the original packaging with all contents included. Please ensure that any previous shipping labels or other markings have been removed or covered completely. Please note that failure to return all items included with your product, or returning the product without the manufacturer packaging may result in the product(s) being shipped back to you at your own expense.
Please include 'Shipment Notification: RMA# (please include your RMA# here)' in the email subject line and the returns shipment tracking number and the time of pick-up in the email body.
  • Receive your replacement
You will not be charged for the replacement product as long as:
  • you return the original product to us within 14 days after issuance of the RMA or 14 days after the shipment date of your replacement order, if your product(s) qualifies for Advanced Replacement, and (ii) the problem you reported with the product(s) proves to be covered by the terms of the limited warranty.
If we do not receive the original product(s) within 14 days, or if we determine that the problem with your product(s) is not covered by the limited warranty, we will charge the then-current standard price for the applicable replacement product(s) to your PayPal account.

WHAT ABOUT THE SHIPPING FEEES FOR INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY RETURNS?
Unfortunately, you have to cover the shipping fees for international returns for both parties. We will charge the shipping fees to your PayPal account.

Problems outside of warranty coverage
If we determine that the problem is not covered under the limited warranty, we will notify you and inform you of service or replacement alternatives that are available to you on a fee basis. This fee will be charged to your PayPal account along with international shipping fees.

Refunds:

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE A REFUND?
  • PayPal: up to 5 working days
HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED?
  • The refund will be made to your PayPal account.
Please ensure that all your refund options and details are indicated clearly and correctly on the returns slip. For incorrect and/or incomplete entries, we may require you to pay all reasonable carriage costs and servicing costs at our current standard fees and costs and charge this to your PayPal account.

WILL I BE REFUNDED IF I DECIDE TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
We understand that hasty decisions are made at times when it comes to shopping. Should you like to cancel your pre-paid order before it is ready to be shipped (24 hours after your order), you will be refunded fully via PayPal.

Delivery and Shipping Policy:

The delivery time estimate depends on the availability of the items, our courier partners' dispatching schedules and routing, as well as traffic and weather conditions.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we do ship internationally. Zone specific shipping rates will be added on to your Order when you are checking out.

Incorrect/missing/defective item in my order:
We apologize for that and we will like to make it up to you! Please drop us a mail at order@ub-plus.com with the following details:
  1. Your order number
  2. The matter of the issue e.g. incorrect/missing/defective item
  3. The serial number found on the product tag, or product packaging
  4. Pictures, if applicable

HOW DO I USE MY COUPON CODE?
  1. After choosing your bundle and the accessories to go with, enter the coupon code at the text field below the total amount at the left hand side below the list of products in the cart.
  2. Click on Apply Coupon Code.

MY COUPON CODE IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND THE DISCOUNT IS NOT EFFECTED AT THE CHECKOUT PAGE. WHAT CAN I DO?

I'VE MADE A PURCHASE WITH A COUPON CODE. WOULD I BE GETTING THE DISCOUNT BACK IF I WERE TO MAKE A REFUND? If you have made a purchase with a coupon code and would like to return the item, we would be refunding the final price you paid for the shopping to your PayPal account.
