Warranty Coverage

WARRANTY COVERAGE AND EXCLUSIONS

The UB+ limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in every UB+ product you purchase during the applicable warranty period, subject to certain exceptions. UB+'s warranty period is one year from the date we ship the applicable UB+ product to you, as determined by the date on the packing slip or invoice. The warranty period is not extended if we repair or replace a warranted product. UB+ may change the availability of limited warranties, at our discretion, but any changes we make will not be applied retroactively. For more detailed information related to the limited warranty, please refer to the license agreement in the supporting documentation that came with your product. Please note that we do not provide warranty coverage for:
  1. Problems that result from external causes such as accident, abuse or misuse
  2. Usage that is not in accordance with UB+'s product instructions
  3. Products with missing or altered serial numbers
  4. Products which have had their housings opened or otherwise tampered with
  5. Problems caused by using third party accessories, parts, or components

UB+ does not warrant that its products will operate without interruption or will be error-free, or that all errors may be corrected. UB+'s sole liability, and your sole remedy, for breach of the limited warranty will be repair or replacement of the applicable product, or, if neither of the foregoing are reasonably available, a refund of the amount you paid, less amounts attributed to your prior use.
Except as expressly set forth in the license agreement, UB+’s makes no warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to its products. UB+ and its suppliers hereby specifically disclaim all other express, statutory and implied warranties and conditions, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and the implied condition of satisfactory quality. Except as expressly stated in the license agreement, products are supplied on an 'as is' basis without warranty. You assume all responsibilities for selection of a product to achieve your intended results, and for the installation and use of the product. Some jurisdictions do not allow a limitation on implied warranties, and so the foregoing disclaimer may not apply to you. In any event, any implied warranties that may exist under the laws of your jurisdiction are limited to the one (1) year period set forth in the limited warranty.

WARRANTY RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

  1. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the Product to us by either shipping it back (international) or coming to our office (Singapore) within thirty (30) days of product shipment. In the case of international shipping, the shipping costs for both parties (in the case of repair and return) will be paid by you.
  2. The Product shall be un-used, Product tags shall not be tampered with, and the Product shall be in the original packaging. This policy is applicable only to those products which do not fall under the list of non-refundable items provided on our Site.
  3. You shall ensure that the Product is sent to us in the same condition as it was when received by you and is packaged properly. In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right not to accept returns and send the Product back to you.
  4. A refund shall be issued shortly after we receive your items. For more details please refer to the FAQ on the Site.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

  1. All Product descriptions, information and materials posted on this Site are provided ‘as is’ and without warranties express, implied or otherwise howsoever arising.
  2. Product image as seen on the Site may slightly differ from the actual Product that you receive.
  3. If the item you receive is faulty, please contact our Customer Support and provide your Order number, your name and address, details of the Product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement.
  4. Upon receiving the Product(s), we will examine it and we will advise you on your right to a replacement or refund (if any) via email as soon as practicable.
  5. In the event the Product returned is not faulty, we may at our discretion decide not to repair, replace or refund you for the Product and/or we may require you to pay all reasonable carriage costs and servicing costs at our current standard fees and costs and charge this to the PayPal account that you provided to us when you made your Order, and, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses as a result.
