The sphere shape is engineered, not aesthetic. Two passive radiators (3.4" each) are symmetrically positioned to create dual visual and auditory excitement.
Unlike rectangular speakers, the sphere's symmetrical chamber enhances bass dynamics and minimizes distortion across the frequency range.

What should I do if the firmware update stops?
1.There are two common situations:
A.If you switched to another app (iOS users):
Exit UB+ SEEK (swipe up to close it).
Reopen the app — the update will resume automatically.
B.If the update stops without switching apps:
Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds (master reset).
Exit and reopen UB+ SEEK.
Follow the prompt to restart the firmware update.
2.Important:
During firmware updates, please stay inside the UB+ SEEK app. iOS restrictions prevent background updates and may interrupt the process
How do I perform a Master Reset on my speaker?
To perform a Master Reset:
Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds until the speaker restarts.
