What should I do if the firmware update stops?
1.There are two common situations:
A.If you switched to another app (iOS users):
Exit UB+ SEEK (swipe up to close it).
Reopen the app — the update will resume automatically.
B.If the update stops without switching apps:
Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds (master reset).
Exit and reopen UB+ SEEK.
Follow the prompt to restart the firmware update.
2.Important:
During firmware updates, please stay inside the UB+ SEEK app. iOS restrictions prevent background updates and may interrupt the process
How do I perform a Master Reset on my speaker?
To perform a Master Reset:
Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds until the speaker restarts.
