I received my dBmini today but was informed by customs that VAT payment is required, which wasn’t stated on the website. The speaker is lightweight, delivers strong bass, and produces clear, loud sound. I’ll test it further, and if the quality remains good, I plan to purchase another unit to evaluate the TWS performance.

Wasn’t sure what to expect and it was incredibly awesome. The full t range of sound from this little thing is better than any other Bluetooth speaker I’ve had and I’ve had a range of different toes including JBL’s & Bose products. Thinking of getting a second one very soon!!

What should I do if the firmware update stops?
1.There are two common situations:
A.If you switched to another app (iOS users):
Exit UB+ SEEK (swipe up to close it).
Reopen the app — the update will resume automatically.
B.If the update stops without switching apps:
Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds (master reset).
Exit and reopen UB+ SEEK.
Follow the prompt to restart the firmware update.
2.Important:
During firmware updates, please stay inside the UB+ SEEK app. iOS restrictions prevent background updates and may interrupt the process
How do I perform a Master Reset on my speaker?
To perform a Master Reset:
Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds until the speaker restarts.
